Have you tried Fringe or Flash Forward?
I love lost, VM & heroes. I like FF & fringe as they’re along those same lines, mysteries to solve in each epi as well as an overarching mystery.

It integrates amazing comedy and crime-solving/mystery to create one of the best shows…ever.
It is on USA (34 on my TV) on Fridays @ 10.
Watch it, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

If you like Lost you will love Flash Forward. It has a few of the same people like Penny and Charlie.

I would suggest Fringe which is like a modernized X-Files. And I would say try Numbers which is like Criminal Minds with a scentific take on solving crimes. Sort of like having the skinny guy having at least half of the show.
I might say Bones also but the thing it it does have a significant humor factor which most of the shows you list don’t.
