Ring Two, the

Prince of Darkness (1987) IMDB rating: 6.50 Plot: A priest/a millionaire dies and leaves a diary and a casket containing a key. Another priest reads the diary and after visiting a deserted church discovers a large glass tube containing some kind of green swirling liquid locked away. The priest tells a Professor friend of the discovery and the priest, the professor and a couple of students stay in the church to research the tube. Their discovery leads to the fact that the tube contains the Devil’s son, and a prophecy that “when the sleeper awakens the son will release the father.” The tube is locked from the inside and the sleeper is beginning to stir. The students/priest/professor now have a battle to stop the Devil from being released but some of them are being taken over to aid the Son’s cause…

My Apartment Complex workout room rules?
Ok so i’m 13 and it says you have to be 14 to go to the workout room even with an adult. An older guy (30 or 40) asked me how old I was but I was un-aware on what the rules were and I was honest. He pointed out the rules on the wall but I wasn’t sure why. Here was the conversation:

Him: Hey how old are you?
Me: 13
Him: My doctor said that people under the age of 14 shouldn’t be lifting weights.
Me: Oh, thanks for the help.
Him: No problem.

Then he pointed to the rules board and said 14.
Then we left. Not because of him but because I had a blister.

What should I say to him when I go in there tomorrow? He’s in there EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Unless you are there making lots of noise and making trouble there should be no trouble you being there and especially so if youre w/an adult. If he asks you again youre there or says something to you, tell you just turned 14 the other day I hate nosy people who want to know thing that are none of their business. i really would think if youre there w/an adult it should be fine for now. But at my apartment community you have to be at least sixteen to swim in the pool by yourself. its just the apartment complex trying to protect their own butts in case you drown or in this case drop a weight on yourself.

Okay, so Im 13 too. Something like that just happened to me. The rules sound kind of weird, because as far as I know, it’s ok for 13 year olds to lift weights as long as your not lifting more than you can handle (we lift weights in gym class, and idk why my gym teacher would tell us to lift weights if it wasn’t safe). I think you should just tell him that you know how to use the machine safely and he has nothing to worry about.

Was this abuse from my boss or not? Can I do anything after the fact?
About 6 months ago I left a job to take another one.
I was desperate to leave my last job because the boss was abusive in my opinion.
I want to stop thinking about it, but I can’t, because it haunts me.
One episode in particular haunts me –
We were at a meeting and something was forgotten back at one of our offices. It wasn’t my fault. Someone else was to bring it. Of course, the boss blamed me. He told me I had to drive back with him to get it at the other office. We went on the highway and he reached speeds which felt like over 140km/hr (over 90 miles per hour) or more. He went around corners at break neck speed. I felt like I was going to be a terrible accident and be hurt, maimed or killed. The whole time he was shouting at me for forgetting this document. It wasn’t up to me to bring it though. I had been away on vacation for two weeks and our admin assistant was taking care of it and forgot to send it over.
Anyway, I felt like it was one thing to put his life in danger, but he had no business putting my life in danger that way. I feel like it isn’t cool and isn’t okay that he get away with this. I have now moved on, but is that it? Can I complain after the fact or is it case closed forever?
The boss has since left my old workplace for a "promotion" with an company. It makes me mad, because this guy was the most sexist, opportunistic and abusive jerk I’ve ever met.
I can accept someone being "not nice" — but I cannot accept someone who lacks professionalism and is abusive.

I honestly think you need to complain. This sounds extremely abusive to me. Just because it was a while ago does not mean you should not report it. Someone else may be experiencing this now, and by opening a case up on him they may feel better about coming forward. This man is not professional at all and needs to be dealt with. No harm can be done by reporting it, so I say you should.

Can my dog know if my wife is pregnant BEFORE we know it?
I have a golden lab retriever, female, almost three years old. When we first got her she was about one year old (adopted from animal shelter) and we had no children in the house. When my wife found out she was pregnant, the dog became very clingy to her, doing things she’d never done before, and hasn’t done sense, like lying next to the bathtub while she showers/baths. I’ve heard before that dogs can sense pregnancy and become protective of the mother, etc., so we thought it was cute or whatever, and life goes on. Well it’s almost two years later, and Barley (the dog) is acting this way again. She is lying next to the tub while my wife baths, she wants to spend all of her time with my wife (as opposed to me, my brother who lives with us, and our 11 month old baby (the dog’s best friend). This morning when I opened the door, the dog was sleeping outside our door on the tile waiting to get into our room. She is usually curled up with my brother or on the couch or something. Yesterday I was calling to her to come to me, but she wouldn’t leave my wife, and normally she would come if ANYONE called her name, even the devil himself. Anyway, so Barley is acting like this again, and I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge if the dog could sense a pregnancy before the humans even knew. We didn’t even think about the possibility until about a week ago, when we noticed her acting like this. Then my wife realized that about that time is the time she is "due" and it’s a week later, and still not here. Clearly, we could just take a test to find out, that’s not the point of ths question. The point is to get insight on if it’s possible that my dog has this sense. Thoughts?

Now, Idon’t know anything about this, but it could be very possible. Dogs know when bitches are pregnant and humans do give off a different hormone when they ARE pregnant, or maybe your dog is just special xD

Our great dane got SUPER protective of me before I ever knew I was pregnant. I couldnt go anywhere or do anything without a 200 pound shadow. He wouldnt even let people come near me unless he was between us.

Dogs can sense the hormone changes involved with cancer and epileptic seizures, it makes sense that they could sense the subtle changes during early pregnancy as well.

I actually do believe that dogs and cats can sense that can of thing… My two cats did that as well, and they still do it and I am almost 32 weeks pregnant.. They love laying on my stomach and get very protective over people touching my stomach.. So yes, I believe animals can sense that kind of thing. I think it is very cute, and loving thing as well..

I just found out a couple days ago that im 10 wks pregnant but about 2 weeks before that our cat started being super attatched to me! he lays on the bed with me i get up and he meows and follows me out. I believe so. I have seen on tv ( discovery or tlc) that they can detect all kinds of things with humans, even cancer! I wouldn’t put it past the dog, especially a golden retriever. They are very intelligent dogs! When she does take a test, post it on here, I am very curious if the dog is right!
